Project management

Responsibilities of the coordinator (IFR, UK), the Project Management Office, and other management bodies are fully described elsewhere. The objectives are, therefore, to:

  • Provide resources for effective coordination of all project activities and tasks, and all engagements with the European Commission representatives as described in section 2 of the proposal
  • Undertake quality assessment of project progress, results and impact, and make recommendations for any corrective action as appropriate
  • Achieve timely submission of progress and financial reports to the Commission
  • Ensure the Description of Work and the Consortium Agreement is maintained and updated where necessary
